How Returns Work

 

How to Make a Return
  • Enter your order number and email address and click “Start”

  • Follow the on-screen steps and select the item(s) you want to return

  • Once approved, you’ll receive an email with return shipping instructions

Important:
All return parcels must clearly include your name and order number.
Returns without this information may be delayed or rejected.

 

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
  • Returns are inspected once received

  • You’ll be emailed to confirm whether your return is approved, partially approved, or rejected

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

What Can Be Returned
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, instructions, and accessories must be included

  • Items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition

Non-returnable items:

  • Food and other perishable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Free gifts or promotional items

 

Costs & Deductions
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was supplied incorrect or damaged

  • There are no inspection or restocking fees, unless the item is not returned in resaleable condition

  • A £5.95 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns

  • Items showing signs of use, missing packaging, or damage may receive a partial refund or be rejected

  • Returns must be dropped off at a courier, parcel shop, or equivalent shipping point within 14 days of approval. Returns shipped later than this may:

    • Be refused and no refund issued, or

    • Receive a partial refund to reflect loss of value, or

    • Be returned to the customer at their expense

Please pack returns securely to prevent damage in transit.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is covered

  • A full refund, including standard delivery costs, will be issued where applicable
