All return parcels must clearly include your name and order number.
Returns without this information may be delayed or rejected.
Returns are inspected once received
You’ll be emailed to confirm whether your return is approved, partially approved, or rejected
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging, instructions, and accessories must be included
Items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition
Non-returnable items:
Food and other perishable goods
Gift cards
Free gifts or promotional items
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was supplied incorrect or damaged
There are no inspection or restocking fees, unless the item is not returned in resaleable condition
A £5.95 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind returns
Items showing signs of use, missing packaging, or damage may receive a partial refund or be rejected
Returns must be dropped off at a courier, parcel shop, or equivalent shipping point within 14 days of approval. Returns shipped later than this may:
Be refused and no refund issued, or
Receive a partial refund to reflect loss of value, or
Be returned to the customer at their expense
Please pack returns securely to prevent damage in transit.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is covered
A full refund, including standard delivery costs, will be issued where applicable
