Bake-O-Glide® Induction Hob Protector Circles

Protect your induction hob with Bake-O-Glide® Induction Hob Protector Circles. These simple, practical protectors help shield the glass surface from scratches, scuffs, and everyday wear while allowing efficient heat transfer during cooking.

Designed for use on individual cooking zones, the flexible, non-stick silicone coating helps reduce pan movement, particularly when using heavier cookware such as cast iron.

How to use

Place a Bake-O-Glide® Induction Hob Protector Circle directly onto a cool induction hob zone only.

The protector is designed to be used while cooking on induction hobs and allows heat to transfer safely while helping to protect the glass surface beneath.

Suitable use

• Suitable for induction hobs only.
• Compatible with induction cookware when used on the correct cooking zone.
• Helps protect against scratches, scuffs, and marks.
• Helps reduce movement of cookware, including heavy cast iron pans.
• Can be left in place when not cooking to protect the hob surface.

Heat resistant up to 250°C and suitable for everyday home cooking.

The circles help keep cookware positioned within the heating zones and maintain continuous conductivity between the hob and the pan when used correctly.

If required, the protectors can be trimmed carefully with scissors.

Not suitable for

• Ceramic hobs.
• Gas hobs.
• Solid plate hobs.
• Radiant hobs.
• Induction hob converter plates.

Using this product on a non-induction hob is misuse and is not covered by warranty.

Cleaning

Shake off crumbs or food residue into a waste bin. Rinse under hot water, gently wipe with a cloth or sponge, and dry with a kitchen towel or leave to air dry. A mild detergent or soap may be used if needed.

For longest life, we recommend hand washing rather than using a dishwasher. The protectors can be used on both sides and stored rolled or flat once clean and dry.

For a spotless finish, many customers also use HG Hob Cleaner Extra Strong, a Mr Eco Cellulose Sponge, and a Spontex Microfibre Cleaning Pad.

Care

With simple care, your Bake-O-Glide® Induction Hob Protector Circles will provide reliable everyday protection.

• Do not use scrapers or harsh brushes.
• Do not pull fibres if fraying occurs. Trim carefully with scissors if needed.
• Do not fold the protectors.
• Keep away from open flames or heating elements.
• Ensure there is no food or liquid trapped under the protector or cookware during use.

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

2. Enter your order number and email address, then click “Start your return”
3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
   

Eligibility

• Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
• Please include your name and order number with the return
  

Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

• Food or perishable goods
• Gift cards

After your return is approved

Please send your return within 14 days of approval. Returns sent later may be refused or partially refunded.

Costs & Refunds

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or faulty
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply and £5.95 may be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account
