The Bake-O-Glide® Roast & Grill Liner Sheet is a reusable, non-stick liner for roasting tins, grill pans and trays. It is laminated with PTFE, which makes it more resistant to the oils and fats that build up when roasting and grilling, and it needs no added fat, oil or grease.
It comes as a 400 x 500mm sheet, is cut to fit your tin or tray with sharp scissors, and is safe to 260°C (500°F / Gas Mark 8).

The Roast & Grill Liner is laminated with PTFE instead of coated, which makes it more resistant to the oils and fats common in roasting and grilling. Like all Bake-O-Glide® liners, it can also be used for everyday cooking and baking.
Do I need to add oil or fat?
No. The liner is non-stick and works without added oil or fat. Fat or oil can still be added for flavour.
How do I fit it into a roasting tin?
The sheet is 400 x 500mm and cut to size with sharp scissors. Cutting diagonally from each corner towards the centre lets it sit into the tin, covering the base and walls.
How do I clean it?
Wash it in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher, both before first use and after use. It darkens with use, which is normal and does not affect performance.
What is the maximum temperature?
260°C (500°F / Gas Mark 8). It should not be placed directly on elements or flames.
How many times can it be reused?
Hundreds of times if cared for correctly: washed before first use, kept away from sharp implements and scourers, and stored flat or loosely rolled without creasing. Bake-O-Glide® has been sold since 1992, and reviewers describe using a single sheet for years.
