Non-stick, reusable mat with a PTFE coating on one side and a Silicone coating on the other. The PTFE coating provides a smooth non-stick surface, whilst the silicone guarantees the mat stays in place when rolling out sugar paste, marzipan, fondant, pastry etc.
Additionally, this product can be used to help keep your worktop clean whilst kneading bread and pasta dough.
The mat will withstand temperatures up to 260°C, therefore it is suitable to use when rolling out pastry and cookies, before going straight into the oven.
Suitable for pouring honeycomb, sugar and chocolate onto.
The mat can be used as a Hobby Craft mat when glueing, painting, etc, and for any other messy jobs.
Clean your Roll Out Mat with a damp, soft sponge then rinse with clean water.
Shake to remove excess water and dry in open air.
A mild detergent or soap may be used if needed.
Note: a slight oily residue after washing is normal, as is slight discolouration.
Once clean and dry, store rolled or flat.
Do not use scrapers or brushes to clean the Roll Out Mat.
Never cut on the mat with metal implements or metal cutters.
Do not fold the mat.
Do not grease the mat. It doesn't need it.
Never use a cut or ripped mat as the fibreglass mesh material could migrate into the food.
Avoid using dishwashers, as they may cause harm to the silicone mat.
