UK Mainland Delivery Options

Scottish Highlands & Islands

Included in our standard UK mainland pricing. Please note that delivery times may take an additional 1-2 days.
For orders exceeding 10kg, we reserve the right to hold the order pending additional carriage charges, though this is very rare as most orders are under 1kg.

FedEx Express Services

For premium tracked delivery with signature confirmation, we also offer:

• FedEx Priority: Fast express delivery for urgent UK orders
• FedEx International Priority: Express international delivery with comprehensive tracking

FedEx rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times shown are estimates based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high demand, carrier disruption, or customs processing, particularly for international orders.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it's in the hands of Royal Mail or FedEx. We don't have any more information than what's shown on the carrier's tracking page, but if something looks wrong or your parcel is significantly delayed, get in touch and we'll do what we can to help.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery using these links:

Please note that when visiting the carrier tracking webpage, you will see the same delivery status information that our Customer Service team can access.

Islands & Crown Dependencies

• Northern Ireland: from £4.50 (Standard Delivery | Royal Mail Tracked 48)
• Isle of Man: £6.00 (3-4 business days)
• Guernsey: £8.00 (5-7 business days)
• Jersey: £8.00 (5-7 business days)

European Union Delivery

We ship to all EU countries with the following standard international rates:

• France & Ireland: £12.00
• Spain: £14.00
• Austria, Portugal, Sweden & Cyprus: £15.00
• Netherlands: £18.00
• Malta: £40.00
• Other EU countries: Rates calculated at checkout

Delivery time: Typically 7-14 business days, plus additional time for customs processing.

FedEx International Priority is also available for faster EU delivery with full tracking and signature confirmation.

⚠️ Important: EU customers are responsible for any import VAT and customs duties charged by their country. These charges are NOT included in our shipping prices. Learn more about EU customs charges.

International Delivery (Outside EU)

We ship to many countries worldwide:

• USA: £25.00 (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid via Royal Mail, 7-10 business days)
• Canada: £22.00 (7-10 business days)
• Australia & New Zealand: £25.00 (10-14 business days)

Note: USA shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via Royal Mail to meet customs requirements, meaning duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost.

FedEx International Priority is available for faster worldwide delivery with comprehensive tracking.

International orders (except USA DDP shipments) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes as determined by the destination country.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
