Here are some of the primary uses for Bake-O-Glide®:   

Baking and Cooking:

  • Lining baking trays and pans: Prevent food from sticking and burning, reducing the need for excessive oil or butter.   
  • Roasting: Protect roasting tins and pans from spills and drips, making cleanup a breeze.   
  • Grilling: Create a non-stick surface for grilling meats, vegetables, and more.   
  • Frying: Use as a non-stick surface in frying pans for healthier cooking.   
  • Microwaving: Reheat leftovers or cook meals directly on the liner.
  • Freezing: Use as a non-stick surface for freezing food.

Use & Care:

  • Wash before use.
  • Use both sides. Store flat or rolled. Do not crease
  • Maximum working temperature 260°C (500°F / Gas Mark 8)
  • Wash in warm soapy water & dry.
  • Dishwasher Proof.
  • As with all non-stick products do not use sharp implements or scourers.
  • Do not cut food on the liner.
  • Bake-O-Glide® will darken with use, but this will not affect its performance.
  • Do not place Bake-O-Glide® directly on to elements or flames.
  • As with all Bake-O-Glide® products no fat, oil or grease is required.

Brilliant bit of kit

Brilliant bit of kit - I keep my hot plate on my Everhot at 250C so this works perfectly. I had the best steak I have had in years cooked on a sheet of Bake-O-Glide on my hot plate. Fried eggs are back on the menu - just pop a lid over the top for even cooking and no burnt bottoms and runny tops. Brilliant for browning meatballs! Honestly this is a game changer and saves on the washing up too! Just a wipe down with a warm soapy cloth. I'm just cross it took me so long to join the party!

The Best

I tried other liners but ended up going back to bacoglide because it doesn’t leak through its membrane like the cheaper versions which ended up a false economy.

We have used it in the past but not recently until we purchased an Everhot cooker which arrived last week. We found Bac-o-glide was still available and have started using it again. Brilliant on the hotplate as well as on pans. We are past fans and now we have renewed our love!
