Silicone baking mats give you a flat, non-slip surface for the jobs where that grip matters: delicate pastry work, macarons, and lining a tray where you don't want things sliding around. Rated from -40°C to 250°C, they go from freezer to oven, but they're built for baking rather than for the grease and mess of high-heat roasting or grilling, where our PTFE cooking liners are the better choice.
Line a baking tray, roll out pastry, pipe macarons, or cool a batch of biscuits on a mat instead of a wire rack. No greasing needed and food releases cleanly. Hand wash with a damp sponge and mild detergent, then rinse and air dry, a dishwasher can damage the coating.
