Very useful mat!

I was introduced to this at a cooking course. Immediately bought some and it is absolutely brilliant. Easy to cut to size of trays. Nothing sticks to this. Easy to clean just hot soapy water. Rolls up small for storage or lay flat if you have drawer space. Still using my originals after 5 years of constant use. Just bought this one for putting my sourdough loaves in the oven onto my granite stone. Perfect. Highly recommend.

Certainly protect the oven top.

The hob protector is working well. Only issue is we have touch control operation if the hob so need to lift it up. More sizes available would be handy as it doesn’t wuite fit but looks ok. Going to need a second one for when this is dirty and needs drying after it’s cleaned.

This is the second one I have bought. The last is six years old and is getting a bit tatty round the edges. It is a fantastic product. It even turns the hob into extra counter space. Bonus.
