HG microwave cleaner is a handy, powerful everyday spray cleaner suitable for the easy removal of grease and (encrusted) food remnants in (combi) microwaves. HG microwave cleaner is safe for all materials that are used in (combi) microwave ovens.

How do you use the HG Microwave Cleaner?

Follow the steps below for correct use of the HG Microwave Cleaner.

1. Spray the surface to be cleaned with the HG microwave cleaner
2. Leave the microwave cleaner to work for a few seconds.
3. Now wipe the surface with kitchen roll.
4. After that, wipe the microwave with a clean, damp dishcloth.

In case of persistent dirt, use the HG kitchen sponge to make it easier to loosen the dirt.

Note: DO NOT spray the electrical parts. To clean these parts, we advise first spraying HG microwave cleaner onto a cloth.

Returns

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

1. Visit our returns portal at https://bakeoglide.kitchen/a/returns
2. Enter your order number and email address, then click “Start your return”
3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
   

Eligibility

• Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
• Please include your name and order number with the return
  

Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

• Food or perishable goods
• Gift cards
• Free gifts or promotional items
  

After your return is approved

Please send your return within 14 days of approval. Returns sent later may be refused or partially refunded.

Costs & Refunds

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or faulty
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply and £5.95 may be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account
