How do you use HG natural stone worktop cleaner?

Follow the steps below for correct use of HG natural stone worktop cleaner.

1. Spray the kitchen top with the natural stone worktop cleaner.
2. Wipe it off with a clean (kitchen top) cloth; may be damp.
3. On stubborn or dried-in dirt, leave the liquid to absorb for a few minutes.
4. The result a clean kitchen top!

Returns

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

2. Enter your order number and email address, then click “Start your return”
3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
   

Eligibility

• Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
• Please include your name and order number with the return
  

Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

• Food or perishable goods
• Gift cards

After your return is approved

Please send your return within 14 days of approval. Returns sent later may be refused or partially refunded.

Costs & Refunds

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or faulty
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply and £5.95 may be deducted from the refund
