HG hob cleaner is versatile, so it can be used as a ceramic, electric or induction hob cleaner. It can effectively remove dirt and grease from any surface, without damaging it.

If you clean your hob daily, you can prevent stubborn grime and burnt food from sticking to it. This special hob cleaner not only cleans well, it also gives you a beautiful shiny cooktop that smells fresh.

How do you use HG Hob Cleaner?

Follow the steps below for correct use of HG Hob Cleaner.

1. Spray the hob cleaner a few times on the induction or ceramic hob.
2. Let it soak into the cooktop for a few seconds then wipe away the solution with a damp cloth.
3. Wipe the hob dry using a dry cloth or kitchen roll until the cooktop surface is dry and sparkling clean.

Returns

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

1. Visit our returns portal at https://bakeoglide.kitchen/a/returns
2. Enter your order number and email address, then click “Start your return”
3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
   

Eligibility

• Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
• Please include your name and order number with the return
  

Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

• Food or perishable goods
• Gift cards
• Free gifts or promotional items
  

After your return is approved

Please send your return within 14 days of approval. Returns sent later may be refused or partially refunded.

Costs & Refunds

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or faulty
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply and £5.95 may be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account
