How do you use HG Hob Cleaner Extra Strong?

Follow the steps below for correct use of HG hob cleaner extra strong.

1. Apply HG hob cleaner extra strong with a sponge and rub the product onto the induction or ceramic hob.
2. Then wipe off the hob with a clean and rinsed-out cloth.
3. Polish to a shine with a microfibre pad/cloth.
4. The hob is clean again!

The highly effective hob cleaner must be stored upright. For daily cleaning of all types of induction and ceramic hobs, we recommend HG  ECO Hob Cleaner. This daily cleaner is also safe for the cooktop and easily removes the daily grime after cooking.

Returns

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

1. Visit our returns portal at https://bakeoglide.kitchen/a/returns
2. Enter your order number and email address, then click “Start your return”
3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
   

Eligibility

• Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
• Please include your name and order number with the return
  

Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

• Food or perishable goods
• Gift cards
• Free gifts or promotional items
  

After your return is approved

Please send your return within 14 days of approval. Returns sent later may be refused or partially refunded.

Costs & Refunds

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or faulty
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply and £5.95 may be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account
