Bake-O-Glide® Professional High-Speed Oven and Contact Grill Accessories

Bake-O-Glide® Professional accessories include reusable PTFE trays, mesh baskets and pre-cut liners sized for commercial high-speed ovens and contact grills. Whether you know these as high-speed ovens, rapid cook ovens, quick-cook ovens or accelerated cooking ovens, the range currently covers Merrychef conneX® 12, conneX® 12e, eikon® e1s and eikon® e2s models and TurboChef Tornado, i3 and i5 models. The collection also includes Roband-compatible contact grill liners and a universal mesh tray suitable for a wide range of commercial ovens.

We can also supply compatible trays, baskets and liners for other commercial equipment brands, including Panasonic, Lincat, UNOX and Lainox. If your oven or contact grill model is not currently listed, contact us with the make and model as standard or bespoke accessories may be available.

Solid PTFE trays and pre-cut liners provide a flat, non-stick surface for toasties, pastries and pizzas. Open-mesh trays and baskets allow air to move underneath the food instead of trapping steam against a flat base, helping to keep hash browns, wedges and paninis crisp rather than soggy. Contact grill liners provide a reusable barrier between the food and grill plate, helping to reduce sticking, baked-on residue and routine cleaning time.

Everything in the range is reusable, rated to a maximum working temperature of 260°C and helps reduce the need for oil or grease. It forms part of the wider Bake-O-Glide® Professional range, which also includes large-format silicone mats and PTFE liners for bakeries and caterers.
