Trade Enquiries

Bake-O-Glide supplies professional non-stick PTFE liners, reusable baking sheets, and a range of kitchen and cleaning products from brands including Bake-O-Glide, Spontex, Mr. Eco, and HG. If you are looking to stock our products, buy in volume for commercial use, or need bespoke sizes for your operation, we would like to hear from you.

We work with trade customers across the UK, including bakeries, patisseries, confectioners, food manufacturers, contract caterers, hotels, restaurants, cookery schools, and kitchenware retailers. Fill in the form below and we will be in touch if we think there is a good fit.

Trade Eligibility

To be considered, your business should meet the following criteria:

  • You are a registered business (a limited company, LLP, sole trader, partnership, or recognised organisation)
  • You have a genuine commercial need for the products, whether for resale, food production, catering, or hospitality
  • You can provide a registered business address and, where applicable, a VAT number (VAT registration is preferred but not required for schools and certain organisations, which we assess individually)
  • If you intend to stock and sell our products, you do so through your own physical premises or your own branded website

To protect our brands and existing trade partners, we do not support resale through third-party marketplaces including Amazon UK, eBay UK, or similar platforms. Marketplace selling in other territories may be considered with prior approval.

We supply predominantly within the UK, though international enquiries are welcome and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Bespoke Sizes

If you require non-standard liner dimensions not listed on the website, we can manufacture to your specification. When filling in the form, include your tray dimensions and an indication of quantities. Standard sizes are available from stock; bespoke orders are subject to minimum quantities and lead times, which we will confirm when we respond.

Professional Products

Our professional range is listed on this website at trade-level pricing. If you are a commercial kitchen, bakery, or food production operation purchasing for internal use, you are welcome to order directly. Businesses with significant or ongoing purchasing needs are welcome to apply through this form and will be assessed on their merits.

Common questions about trade accounts and wholesale supply

Trade FAQs

Do you have minimum order quantities?

There are no fixed per-product minimums, but we do have a minimum order value of £150 excl. VAT. Beyond that, trade accounts are assessed on the basis of genuine commercial need and purchasing volume. If you are buying one or two items for your own kitchen or business use, you are welcome to order directly through the website at standard prices.

Trade terms are intended for customers with ongoing or significant purchasing requirements.

How are trade prices structured?

We have a standard trade price list. Pricing is confirmed once your application has been reviewed and approved. If you have specific volume requirements, mention them in your enquiry and we will factor that in.

What is the lead time?

Lead times vary depending on the products and quantities involved. We typically need a minimum of 3-5 days, but could increase depending on the order quantity.

We will give you a clear lead time estimate as part of the discussion after your application.

What are the payment terms?

Our standard terms are proforma (payment before dispatch).

Can I apply if I already buy from Bake-O-Glide as a retail customer?

Possibly, but the trade account is intended for customers with a genuine commercial purchasing need. A bakery placing regular volume orders, or a food producer requiring bespoke liner sizes, would be worth discussing. A single small purchase does not qualify.

If you think your buying pattern fits, apply and we will take a look.

Can you supply outside the UK?

Yes. We manufacture Bake-O-Glide and supply to customers internationally. If you are based outside the UK and are interested in stocking or using our products, we would like to hear from you. Include your country and intended use in the form and we will get back to you.

Import duties, taxes, and any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will vary depending on your location.
