Shipping to the European Union (EU)

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes when ordering from the EU?

Yes. As we ship from the UK (post-Brexit), all orders to EU countries are subject to import VAT and may incur customs duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

The shipping costs shown at checkout cover delivery only and do not include any import taxes or duties that may be charged by your country's customs.

How much will customs charges be?

Customs duties and import VAT vary by:

We cannot predict the exact amount as each EU country has different rules. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information about charges that may apply to your order.

What are your shipping costs to EU countries?

Our standard international shipping rates to EU countries are:

• France & Ireland: £12.00
• Spain: £14.00
• Austria, Portugal, Sweden & Cyprus: £15.00
• Netherlands: £18.00
• Malta: £40.00

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long will delivery take to the EU?

Standard international delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. However, please allow additional time for customs processing, which can vary by country and is outside our control. During busy periods, customs clearance may take longer.

Will I be contacted about customs charges?

Yes, typically your local courier or customs office will contact you directly if duties and taxes are due. You may need to pay these charges before your parcel can be delivered or released from customs.

Can you mark my order as a gift or lower the value to avoid customs charges?

No, we cannot. We are legally required to declare the accurate value of all shipments on customs documentation. Falsifying customs declarations is illegal and can result in your parcel being seized, destroyed, or returned.

Are customs duties refundable if I return my order?

Unfortunately, customs duties and import taxes are typically non-refundable, even if you return your order. These charges are collected by your government, not by us. We recommend checking with your local customs authority about their specific refund policies.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all EU member countries, as well as many other international destinations including the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

UK & Channel Islands Shipping

Do UK customers pay customs charges?

No, orders within the UK mainland do not incur customs charges. Standard UK delivery is available via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

What about Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, and Jersey?

• Northern Ireland: £3.95 (Standard Delivery | Royal Mail Tracked 48)
• Isle of Man: £6.00 (3-4 business days)
• Guernsey & Jersey: £8.00 (5-7 business days)

Do you ship outside the EU and UK?

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide including:

• USA: £25.00 (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid via Royal Mail, 7-10 business days)
• Canada: £22.00 (7-10 business days)
• Australia & New Zealand: £25.00 (10-14 business days)

What does DDP mean for USA shipments?

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means that duties and taxes are included in the £25.00 shipping cost for USA orders. You won't have to pay any additional customs charges when your order arrives. We ship to the USA via Royal Mail to meet their customs requirements.

For Canada, Australia, and New Zealand orders, international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes as determined by the destination country.
