The oven is one of the most commonly used appliances in your kitchen. In fact, it’s used almost daily for baking and roasting purposes. It is therefore essential to keep your oven in good condition by regularly cleaning it thoroughly. HG ECO Oven Cleaner gives you the choice to do this in an environment-friendly manner. How do you use HG ECO Oven Cleaner?

Follow the steps below to use the HG ECO oven cleaner:

1. Spray the HG ECO oven cleaner on the surface you wish to clean.
2. Leave the product to work for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. If necessary, scrub with a wet sponge.
4. Then wipe off the surface with a sponge.
5. After all the grease has been removed, clean the oven once more with hot water!

If necessary, repeat the treatment several times on barbecue grills and oven baking trays. HG ECO Oven Cleaner must not be used on surfaces hotter than 30 degrees.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Order before 12pm (noon) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.

Returns

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

1. Visit our returns portal at https://bakeoglide.kitchen/a/returns
2. Enter your order number and email address, then click “Start your return”
3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
   

Eligibility

• Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
• Please include your name and order number with the return
  

Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

• Food or perishable goods
• Gift cards
• Free gifts or promotional items
  

After your return is approved

Please send your return within 14 days of approval. Returns sent later may be refused or partially refunded.

Costs & Refunds

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or faulty
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply and £5.95 may be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account
