How do you use HG grease away?

Follow the steps below for correct use of HG grease away.

1. Spray the surface with HG grease away and leave it to work for a few seconds.
2. During use on stainless steel, it is important to spray the product onto a clean cloth first and then clean the stainless steel.
3. Then wipe off the grease with a cloth, preferably soaked in hot water.
4. Depending on the degree of soiling, repeat the treatment.

For cleaning baked on grease and food remnants inside (combi) microwaves, HG Microwave Cleaner is your best option.

Returns

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

2. Enter your order number and email address, then click “Start your return”
3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
   

Eligibility

• Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
• Please include your name and order number with the return
  

Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

• Food or perishable goods
• Gift cards
• Free gifts or promotional items
  

After your return is approved

Please send your return within 14 days of approval. Returns sent later may be refused or partially refunded.

Costs & Refunds

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or faulty
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply and £5.95 may be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account
