Spontex Specialist Decorators Sponge is the original decorating sponge designed for professional decorating and large surface cleaning. Made from plant-based biodegradable cellulose, it delivers exceptional absorbency and can hold up to 20 times its own weight in water.

Perfect for washing down walls, hanging wallpaper, cleaning tiles and general decorating preparation, the sponge is soft, durable and easy to rinse between uses. It can also be used to create decorative stippling and sponging effects when painting or decorating.

Available in two sizes to suit different tasks. The Standard sponge is ideal for general decorating and cleaning jobs, while the Large version provides greater coverage for bigger surfaces and faster cleaning.

Usage & Care
