Pre-Cut PTFE Liner for Merrychef Ovens, 285 x 285mm

Pre-cut to 285 x 285mm with trimmed corners, this liner drops straight into the Merrychef Connex 12, Connect 12e and Eikon E1S without trimming or adjustment. Made from woven glass mesh fabric with a PTFE non-stick coating, built to the same specification as the Bake-O-Glide® Professional range used in commercial kitchens, cafés and bakeries across the UK.

Material and Construction

Woven glass mesh fabric with a PTFE non-stick coating, the same construction used across the Bake-O-Glide® Professional range. The PTFE coating releases food cleanly and wipes down quickly between services. The woven glass mesh base holds its shape under repeated heat cycles without warping or degrading.

Brown or Green

Both colours are identical in material and performance. The green liner is available for kitchens operating colour-coded food preparation or allergen separation systems. If colour coding is not a requirement, either will perform the same.

Cleaning and Care

Rinse under hot water and wipe clean between uses. A mild detergent can be used for tougher residue. Hand washing is recommended for longest life. Do not use harsh scrapers or abrasive brushes on the non-stick surface.

• Do not cut food directly on the liner.
• Do not place directly on elements or open flames.
• The liner will darken with use. This is normal and does not affect performance.
• Store flat or rolled. Do not crease.
