Solid PTFE Tray for Turbochef Ovens, 340 x 340mm

A solid PTFE non-stick tray measuring 340 x 340 x 25mm, sized to drop straight into the Turbochef Tornado, i3 and i5. The 25mm raised sides hold batter, oil and drips that a flat liner cannot, and the non-stick surface releases food without oil or grease. Built to the same specification as the Bake-O-Glide® Professional range used in commercial kitchens across the UK, and equally suited to general baking and roasting in any oven up to 260°C.

Solid Tray Design

A solid PTFE tray with a 25mm raised edge. The depth is what sets it apart from a flat liner. It contains liquid, batter, melted fat and loose product instead of letting it run off the edge, which keeps the oven cavity cleaner and makes the tray usable for a wider range of cooking. The PTFE surface releases food cleanly and wipes down between services.

Use It in Any Oven

Although this tray is cut to fit the Turbochef Tornado, i3 and i5, it works as a self-contained cooking tray in any domestic or commercial oven, provided you stay within the 260°C limit. One tray covers the high-speed oven and the rest of the kitchen.

Cleaning and Care

Hand wash only. Rinse under hot water and wipe clean between uses, with a mild detergent for tougher residue. Do not put this tray in a dishwasher.

• Do not cut food directly on the tray.
• Do not place directly on elements or open flames.
• The surface will darken with use. This is normal and does not affect performance.
