A PTFE mesh tray measuring 237 x 275 x 10mm, sized as a full-size tray for Panasonic's high-speed ovens: the NE-SCV2 and its direct successor, the NE-SCV3, which shares the same internal cavity. The open weave lets air move underneath the food instead of trapping steam against the tray, which is what gives pastries, paninis and jacket potatoes a crisp finish rather than a soft, steamed one. The non-stick surface releases food cleanly without oil or grease.

Mesh Tray Design
The open weave holds food just above the tray surface, so moisture drops away underneath rather than sitting and steaming the base of whatever you're cooking. It suits anything you want crisp on the bottom: bread, pastry, breaded or battered items, and reheated food that needs to firm back up rather than turn soft.

Will this tray fit ovens other than the NE-SCV2?
It's made to the NE-SCV2's tray size. Confirm your tray measures 237 x 275mm, or check the full accessories range for other models.
Will this fit the newer Panasonic NE-SCV3?
Yes. The NE-SCV3 replaced the NE-SCV2 and uses the same internal cavity, so this tray fits both.
Can I use this without oil?
Yes. The PTFE surface releases food without any added oil or grease.
Why does mesh work better than a solid tray for some food?
The open weave lets air reach the underside of the food, so it crisps rather than steaming against a flat surface. For food that needs full contact instead, the solid tray version is the better fit

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:
