These are Bake-O-Glide® Air Fryer Liners in factory seconds: reusable, non-stick liners for an air fryer basket that are fully functional but have minor visual imperfections, which may vary between liners. They come as a pack of two in four sizes, are perforated so air keeps circulating and grease drains away, and are safe to 260°C (500°F / Gas Mark 8).
Factory seconds are sold with the minor visual imperfections described on this page, so they cannot be returned or refunded because of those imperfections. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Using It Safely
The liner goes in only once food is on top to weigh it down. It is removed from the air fryer during preheating and whenever nothing is placed on top, which could damage the liner, and it must not touch the heating element or a naked flame.

What are factory seconds?
Factory seconds are liners that are fully functional but have minor visual imperfections. The imperfections may vary between liners.
Do factory seconds work like the standard liners?
Yes. They are made from the same material, with the same perforated design and heat rating. Only the appearance differs.
Which size fits my air fryer?
The 140 x 204mm liner suits the Ninja Dual Zone AF300, the 164 x 210mm suits the Ninja Dual Zone AF400, the 215 x 218mm suits the Cosori 5.5L, and the 235mm (9" approx.) round suits round baskets. They also suit most Ninja Foodi and Instant Pot Duo models and many other brands. If your basket is a different size, measure the base and compare it with these sizes.
Can the liner go in while the air fryer preheats?
No. The liner goes in only once food is on top to weigh it down, and it is never used in an empty air fryer. If the air fryer needs preheating, the liner is added with the food once it has reached temperature.
How do I clean it?
Wash it in warm soapy water and dry it thoroughly, or use the dishwasher. Scouring agents are not suitable, and it is stored rolled or flat without creasing.
What is the maximum temperature?
260°C (500°F / Gas Mark 8). It must not touch the heating element or a naked flame.

Care Instructions
- Wash before first use with warm soapy water and dry.
- Never place the liner in an empty air fryer during preheating.
- Put food on the liner to hold it flat; insert it only after preheating if needed.
- Keep clear of the heating element and naked flames.
- Wash in warm soapy water or a dishwasher; dry before storage.
- Store rolled or flat; do not crease.
- Do not exceed 260°C.
