The Original Bake-O-Glide® Protector is designed for those who want practical, everyday protection with a perfect fit. Its flexible, non-stick silicone coating provides a smooth barrier between your pans and the hob, protecting against scratches, scuffs, and heat marks.

This version can easily be trimmed to size*, making it ideal for different hob types and kitchen setups. It’s lightweight, easy to position, and offers full hob coverage — perfect for anyone who values flexibility and fuss-free care.

Heat resistant up to 250ºC and compatible with all induction cookware, it’s a reliable layer of protection that keeps your hob looking its best, day after day.

*Please note, if cut to size, the induction hob protector is more likely to fray. If trimmed to size, use sharp scissors.

Cleaning:

Cleaning couldn’t be simpler. Shake off crumbs or residue, rinse under hot water, and wipe clean. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent or soap. Avoid dishwashers to extend the life of your protector.

You can use both sides for maximum value.
Store rolled or flat when not in use.
For a spotless finish, pair with HG Hob Cleaner Extra Strong, Mr Eco Cellulose Sponge, and Spontex Microfibre Cleaning Pads.

Care:

• Avoid folding the silicone mat.
• Do not use scrapers or brushes to clean.
• Keep it away from open flames or heating elements.
• Trim gently with scissors if needed for a custom fit.
