The HG ECO Hob Cleaner helps you remove everyday dirt such as cooking liquids, grease and (light) limescale. Thanks to this product, you now have the option of using a sustainable and environment-friendly product for a daily cleaning task.

For stubborn stains and marks we suggest using HG Hob Cleaner Extra Strong.

How do you use HG ECO Hob Cleaner?

Follow the steps below for correct use of HG ECO Hob Cleaner.

1. Spray the HG ECO Hob Cleaner a few times on the hob.
2. Leave it to work for a few minutes.
3. Wipe off with a damp cloth. 
4. Now wipe the surface dry using a clean cloth or kitchen paper.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Order before 12pm (noon) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.

Returns

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

1. Visit our returns portal at https://bakeoglide.kitchen/a/returns
2. Enter your order number and email address, then click “Start your return”
3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
4. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions
   

Eligibility

• Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
• Please include your name and order number with the return
  

Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

• Food or perishable goods
• Gift cards
• Free gifts or promotional items
  

After your return is approved

Please send your return within 14 days of approval. Returns sent later may be refused or partially refunded.

Costs & Refunds

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or faulty
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply and £5.95 may be deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account
