Mr Eco - Double Action Sponge Scourer

Made of plant-based cellulose and strong fibre with recycled Sisal and PET. The plant-based cellulose side is super absorbent, ideal for cleaning gently, while the fibre side thoroughly cleans the most encrusted surfaces.

Multi-purpose, ideal for kitchen and bathroom.

FSC cardboard packaging, from responsibly managed forests.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Order before 12pm (noon) for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.

Returns

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

  2. Enter your order number and email address, then click “Start your return”
  3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions

Eligibility

  • Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable
  • Please include your name and order number with the return

Non-returnable items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

  • Food or perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts or promotional items

After your return is approved

Please send your return within 14 days of approval. Returns sent later may be refused or partially refunded.

Costs & Refunds

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged or faulty
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs apply and £5.95 may be deducted from the refund
  • Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account
