Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK mainland standard delivery takes approximately 2–3 working days and is free on orders over £50.
Need it sooner? Next business day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday. Delivery options and costs for your address are shown at checkout.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order through our returns portal. Eligible items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued after we inspect the item, and may be reduced if it shows signs of use beyond the handling needed to inspect it. Read our full returns and refunds policy.
Factory seconds: these are sold with the minor visual imperfections described on the product page, so they cannot be returned or refunded because of those imperfections. Your statutory rights are not affected.
